We’ve been getting a lot of emails about 44 Monroe in downtown Phoenix, AZ since we posted our article announcing that 44 Monroe condos would be on the market later this fall.

We just got a call from the marketing firm for the project and we have a few updates for our readers.

• They are still waiting for the State of Arizona to approve their modified public report. This is a major requirement that needs to be completed before they begin selling condos.
• WE expect prices for 1 bedroom units to be about $195,000.
• They are about 3 weeks out from completing the models homes that we will be able to show you. Oh boy!
• Finally, they are doing a make-over of the lobby that is probably 6 weeks away from completion.
