Tis the season for the downtown Phoenix historic home tours to happen. Below is a brief overview of the various home tours scheduled in the latter part of 2013 and beginning of 2014. As we get closer to each, we will include more details with links to each article.

Roosevelt Historic Home Tourfest
By the time you read this, the Roosevelt tour will have happened. It was a good event but not enough people heard about it in time to enjoy.

This is a fairly new tour that combines both residential and commercial properties.
Date: Saturday, November 16th
Time: 12:00 – 4:00 pm
Location: Self-guided walking tour begins at 1005 n 2nd Street. (Roosevelt & 2nd Street)
The only 2 day tour on the books. On Saturday night enjoy a luminary enhanced walk or come Sunday for the full event with vendors, food, music and more.
Date: Dec. 7 & 8, 2013
Time: Saturday 6:00 – 9:00 pm, Sunday from 11:00 – 5:00.
Tickets: $15.00 or $14:0 with a non-perishable food item.

The Willo Historic Home Tour is the grand daddy of tours in Phoenix. It draws literally 1000’s of people and includes food, music, vendors and a tour of about 10 homes from the 1920’s – 40’s.
Date: February 9, 2014
Time: 10:00 – 4:00

The Coronado Historic Home and Garden Tour is a big event for the neighborhood. Usually about 8-10 homes are open to the public and there is food, crafts and lots of other activities to make for a great day of fun. Date: March 2, 2014
Time: Usually 10:00-4:00.

Windsor Square Historic Home Tour 2014
The Windsor Square Historic Home Tour is an every other year home tour event. Encanto/Palmcroft happens on the even years and Windsor Square on the odd ones.
Date: March 30, 2014
Time: usually 10:00 – 4:00.
