Welcome to The Urban Connection where we connect people to the perfect condo, loft, house or historic home in the downtown Phoenix area.

For many years Lyle Plocher built the name Urban Connection Realty and a fine reputation was earned. Recently he asked us if we could carry on his good name as he was moving on to an international real estate career. We were honored and accepted. So who are we?

We are the Urban Team at Realty Executives, aka the Brothers Urban. Ron is the oldest of the family and Gene, that’s me, is the youngest.

I’ve had a passion for downtown Phoenix for many years. You may have seen me at Radiate Phx meetings, historic tours, community events or read our downtown Phoenix blog, Urban Life.

Anyway, we are passionate about downtown & Central Phoenix. Plus, our 20+ years means we’ll keep you safe, well represented whether you simply need information, want to buy a place, or need to sell the one you are in.
