Midtown Phoenix is an interesting area. Few can actually agree on its boundaries. For our discussion we’ll use McDowell Rd (south), Camelback Rd. (north) and between 7th St and 7th Ave. Central Ave runs up the center of midtown giving it its urban basis.
From a real estate perspective, Midtown Phoenix is home to a number of condo communities and many of the regions smaller historic districts. This offers a great mix of single family and high density housing to choose.
