There are 4 one bedroom floor plans to choose from at 3rd Avenue Palms. As you can see, they used downtown historic districts to name their models… too bad they didn’t know how we spell Willo… opps. They are as follows:

Willow 2: One master bedroom, one bath and a private patio. The size of these units is 719 sq.ft. and include a one car garage. Willow 2 floor plan link

Willo: One master bedroom and one bath with private patio and a 1 car garage. Total square footage is 728 sq.ft..  Willow floor plan link.

Roosevelt: One master bedroom and one bath with private patio and a one car garage. Square footage is 743. Roosevelt floor plan

Los Olivos: 1 master bedroom, 1 bath with patio and 1 card garage. Larges of the one bedroom units at 873 sq.ft.. Los Olivos floor plan.

IMPORTANT CONDO BUYING TIP:

If you are thinking about buying a condo at 3rd Avenue Palms or any other new home development you have an important decision to make. If you walk in on your own and want to buy a unit, the real estate agent who works for the builder/developer will be you agent. They will NOT be working exclusively for you.

We STRONGLY suggest you have your own representation. If you have a real estate person you like and trust… have them come to the project with you. If you don’t, we’d advise you interview a few quality agents and choose one to help you with the process. A good agent will review the documents, contracts and other information and help you with each step. There are no fees for this service and you will not pay less by using the builder’s agent.
