Next weekend is the annual Historic Roosevelt Home Tour 2014. The Historic Roosevelt Home Tour is a grand time with several neighborhood homeowners open their fine historic homes to the public. The Roosevelt Historic District is home to many fine home from the early 1900’s. Visitors can expect to see some of Phoenix’s finest examples of Bungalow style homes, Tudor revivals and other period style homes.

Details About The Roosevelt Home Tour for 2014

  • Date: Sunday, November 9th, 2014
  • Time: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Tickets: Available at the ticket booth located at 3rd Avenue and Lynwood. (South of McDowell)
    • Tickets are $15.00 per person the day of the event or can be purchased online prior to Sunday for $12.00
  • This is a self guided tour with a map given to paid guests. Marshall Shore is offering a guided tour, but we’ve been told it is already sold out.
  • Food: There will be food trucks on site at the event as well as a number of booths to visit.
  • Misc.: Wear comfortable shoes and use sunscreen.

After the tour there are lots of restaurants, music and shopping opportunity you can explore in Phoenix’s booming downtown.
