Downtown Halloween Events

You don’t have to go to a giant scream park to have a fun and spooky time this Halloween – you can find plenty of fright right in Downtown Phoenix!

San Carlos Hotel Ghost Tours – Each Friday and Saturday

Prepare to be haunted. The Ghosts of Phoenix Tour that meets in the lobby of the San Carlos Hotel will give guests an understanding of ghost hunting and paranormal investigation, as well as access to all of the haunted sights in downtown Phoenix.  The guides provide a narrated tour of the property, including historical and “ghostly” anecdotes from the hotel’s and city’s vibrant, colorful past. Each ghostly guest will be granted access to areas that are usually off-limits to the public.

PoeFest Séance 2019 – Oct. 19th

Not for the faint of heart, the PoeFest Séance features a night of paranormal, metaphysical, and preternatural experiments culminating with an attempt to contact the lost soul of Edgar Allan Poe himself. We have been told this séance is purely for entertainment. Any possessions, hauntings, poltergeists, phantoms, specters, or restless spirits are strictly coincidental! Tickets range from $27 to $59.

Raven’s 14th Annual Halloween Bash – Oct. 26th

Talking Stick Resort Arena is the spooky scene of the Ravens Halloween Bash! Those looking for a little less fright will enjoy top-notch entertainment on stage along with specialty cocktails, haunting décor, and a must-see costume contest. The dance floor will be more of a treat than a trick, and the upstairs loft with full bar offers additional seating with views overlooking the stage and dance floor. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day of.

Memento Mori Tour at Rosson House in Historic Heritage Square – Oct. 30th

“Memento Mori” is a Latin phrase that translates to “remember you will die.” Victorians were fascinated with death, mourning, and the supernatural, and this tour through the Rosson House explores these themes. While the Rosson House is not haunted, this tour gives the perfect little haunt for the season. We have heard this sells our fast, so grab your tickets soon! $20 per person
