It’s the greenest time of year in the desert and it’s time to break out your festive attire, call a Lyft, and celebrate! We’ve rounded up a few of the best St. Patrick’s Day events in Phoenix.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Faire
Known as the “The Greenest Day in the Desert,” this St. Patrick’s Day parade includes Irish step dancers, marching bands, bagpipers, police and fire vehicles, floats, and more. The ceremony itself kicks off at 10 a.m. on March 14, 2020, at Third Street and Sheridan, heading south through Downtown Phoenix.
Can’t make the parade? Until 5 p.m. that day, the 2020 Phoenix St Patrick’s Day Faire takes place at Margaret T. Hance Park. Throughout the park are three different stages of Irish music and step dancing, bagpipe players, genealogy information, crafts, and a children’s area. There will be food and drink for sale and a VIP pub area hosting Arizona craft beer.
