Executive Towers at 207 W. Clarendon Ave in downtown Phoenix AZ is a condo community filled with history. It was built in the early 1960’s and was considered an adventurous project.

Originally built as an upscale apartment tower, Executive Towers was converted to condominiums in 1971. The one bedroom units are 852 sq.ft mostly with galley style kitchens. There are two bedroom units in the 1100-1600 square foot range and a few larger 3 bedroom condos. The big WOW factors are the views, balconies and proximity to Central Ave and the light rail.
The units vary wildly in condition, updating and amenities. Many have been highly upgraded while others look like they are frozen in the 1970’s. Thus, prices tend to be all over the place. The HOA has had difficulty during the 2009-2010 period with short sales and foreclosures. We always advise our clients to perform special due diligence when buying any condo as many have financial problems.
