Historic Phoenix Homes

In total, Phoenix boasts 35 historic neighborhoods dating from the early to mid 1900’s, each one designated by the National Register of Historic Places. Below you’ll find links and introductions to the historic neighborhoods, including glimpses of the varying architectural styles and photo or video tours of the districts themselves.

Historic Phoenix Home Districts

Our Phoenix historic district profiles will help you learn more about your favorite community with articles, essays, photos, videos and listings. This is an ongoing project for The Caniglia Group as we research the history of the districts, talk to home owners, take pictures and write articles that offer a true sense of what it’s like to live in an historic Phoenix home or neighborhood. We’re still researching many of these areas and so some of them don’t have links to more information just yet.
