Downtown Phoenix Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Home Tour 2019

Spring has officially sprung and it’s time to get outside and celebrate this beautiful season with one of our favorite Downtown Phoenix events. The Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Home Tour and Street Fair happens every two years, and 2019 is sure to be the best year yet. This is a great way to explore the different areas of downtown, enjoy the weather and see the beautiful historic homes in a neighborhood where past supreme court judges, mayors and influential citizens once lived. The beautiful homes in this popular neighborhood were built in the styles of Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean, Tudor, Federal, French Cottage, Pueblo, Ranch and Eclectic.

The tour features a street fair with live music, food vendors, a beer and wine garden, and a collection of historic automobiles. Enjoy an old-fashioned trolley ride and listen to a tour guide give you a fascinating commentary on the history of the neighborhood. The ticket booklet will provide information about each specific house, its history, famous people who have lived there, interesting architectural features, a tour map, and more. There is truly something for everyone on this tour!
