Just a quick update for Chateau on Central, the luxury brownstones on Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix. They have been getting some good pre-opening press from Arizona Foothills Magazine and have announced a tentative opening date.
The opening date is scheduled for early December 2010. However, if you are seriously interested in Chateau on Central, we can schedule a private preview of the place. Just contact us and we will work out the details.
Arizona Foothills Magazine gave a lot of ink to the project announcing it as one of the more prestigious places to call home in the Phoenix area. As we’ve mentioned in past posts, Chateau on Central is a true luxury project and is likely to be priced as such. The units are in the 5000 square foot range with interiors designed by EST EST.
The two model homes are nearing completion and the balance of the 21 five story residences are seeing a lot of attention as they move towards the December opening date.
