We are excited excited to announce The Urban Team on CNBC Power Lunch program. Gene Urban will represent the team’s take on the Phoenix real estate market and showcase 3 listings offered by Realty Executives Phoenix, the powerhouse brokerage the Urban Team is affiliated.
The CNBC Power Lunch program is a nationally televised show with an international viewing audience in the millions. The Urban Team will be interviewed during the real estate segment call Power House. This will make the 3rd time Gene Urban will speak about the Greater Phoenix market on Power House and he is darned excited. Here is what Gene has to say:
The first time I was asked to be on the show I thought it was because of my passion for the downtown Phoenix real estate market.Then they called last summer and again last week. I am both humbled and exhilarated… two disparate feelings to hold without exploding.
The first time Gene Urban was on CNBC he spoke about the downtown Phoenix market with its wonderful historic homes.. The second time he focused on golf Properties in Scottsdale. The coming segment will feature the Biltmore region in central Phoenix’s financial district.
The Urban Team on CNBC Power Lunch — Focus Area
The Biltmore is a special area that gets it’s name from the famed Arizona Biltmore Resort. A little known fact is Gene was the in-house magician at the Biltmore during the mid-1980’s. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Arizona Biltmore Resort has been the backdrop for the area since built in 1928. Homes in the Biltmore are higher priced homes than much of the surrounding area due to a rich history, scope of homes and central location.
Gene Urban will feature 3 properties ranging in price from $350,000 to $1.3 million. Each place has it’s own ambiance and draw. There were other homes Gene would have liked to showcase but the market for two to ten million dollar properties has a limited audience and not ideal for the show.
