Phoenix AZ has many wonderful historic homes and neighborhoods. In all, Phoenix is home to 35 designated historic districts. Each historic home district has opportunities for home buyers and owners including various architectural styles, nearby restaurants and shopping, walkability, proximity to the metro light rail as well as the downtown and north central Phoenix lifestyle.

Since each historic district is unique and individual, the Urban Team spends hours walking and studying the various historic homes and neighborhoods to help our home buying clients and historic home sellers.
